The Home Builders Association of West Florida (HBA) is a dynamic, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to ensuring safe, affordable housing for the people of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties while protecting and representing its members so their businesses can grow and prosper in a free market economy.

Founded in 1950, the Pensacola-based HBA has more than 300-plus corporate members which represent 10,329 employees. The HBA’s seeks ways to control mandated costs, taxes and regulations that burden businesses. But given the challenges the construction industry faces in the legislative, legal and regulatory arenas, the HBA’s success depends its members.

Since 1958, the Pensacola Area Parade of Homes™ has been a popular attraction for those looking to build, buy or remodel a home. Brought to you by the Home Builders Association of West Florida (HBA), the annual Parade of Homes™ offers consumers the opportunity to see the latest advances in construction and the newest trends in home amenities.

Attending the Parade of Homes affords individuals the chance to learn what to look for in home construction and know what mistakes to avoid. In addition, builders, realtors, and other construction industry professionals will be on-site during the Parade of Homes to answer questions and provide information to interested buyers.
