Adams Homes has called Pensacola home since 1991 and continues to pair hometown roots with the strength of one of the nation’s larger privately held homebuilders. Adams Homes is headquartered in downtown Pensacola at 100 W. Garden Street.
With a “Value, Simplified” approach, Adams Homes focuses on making homeownership more approachable for first-time buyers, military families, and move-up buyers. Adams Homes delivers thoughtfully designed homes featuring quality craftsmanship and many of the finishes and features other builders treat as upgrades – already included. A straightforward buying experience includes just $1,000 due at contract, a simplified purchase process without the need for construction loans, and a third-party-backed 10-year home warranty.
In the Pensacola market, current offerings range from attainable townhome-style options and smaller-footprint homes in communities such as Highland Ridge, Cypress Hollow, and Lexlee Estates to larger single-family homes in Allison Acres and
Westpointe Place.
In Pace and Milton, Blossom Grove and Hidden Pines offer homes from the low $300s with floor plans extending to more than 3,000 square feet, while Parkland Place adds a more amenitized lifestyle with a community pool, playground, pickleball and tennis courts, trails, and a dog park.

Vickie Patterson is the founder and builder behind PropWIC Construction LLC. A disabled veteran, mother, and woman deeply rooted in family values, she believes a home should be more than a structure—it should be a sanctuary. Her vision is to create sacred spaces where families gather, children grow, memories are made, and every room reflects warmth, beauty, and purpose.
Vickie is passionate about thoughtful design that feels timeless rather than cookie-cutter. She carefully layers colors, textures, and finishes to create homes that flow beautifully from one room to the next while reflecting the unique personality of each homeowner. She understands that every family has a budget, and she believes exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials, and beautiful design should be achievable without unnecessary expense.
As a builder, Vickie leads with integrity, transparency, and respect. She believes clients deserve honest communication, fair pricing, and a building experience built on trust from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. Every decision is made with the understanding that she is helping build the backdrop for a family’s life—not just another house. Her mission is simple: to build homes that are structurally sound, beautifully designed, thoughtfully crafted, and filled with the love and life of the families who call them home
